This release introduces a completely new TFF Public Forum file system. Most importantly, the conventional Public Forum topic file you know from our previous releases is still included. The complete topic file remains available as one master PDF and editable DOCX containing the topic overview, definitions, Pro and Con evidence, constructive cases, blocks, extensions, and round strategy.
Our previous PF files largely placed everything inside one traditional competition file. This new system keeps that complete file while expanding it into a much larger, coordinated package. The full master contains 1,130 pages, 909 independently cited evidence cards, and six complete constructive cases for each side.
The package also separates the material into easier-to-use student PDFs and editable coach files, including:

Pro and Con case libraries
Rebuttal blocks and round strategy
Summary and Final Focus materials

We recommend beginning with the Start Here Read Me and Package Navigation Guide. Students should then review the topic overview and neutral background materials before selecting a starter pack and constructive case. There is no need to read or print all 1,130 pages—treat the full topic file as an argument and evidence library and use the smaller files for the material needed in class or competition.
